Job Summary of Restaurant Team Member:

This role involves delivering fast, friendly food service in a team environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Team Member:

Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Operate the register accurately and efficiently to minimize wait times.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant interior and exterior.
Prepare food items following safety and quality standards.
Support food service operations by executing company processes and programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
Carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Team Member:

Education: None required; High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: 3–6 months of restaurant or food service experience preferred; no minimum required.
Certifications: ServSafe or Food Handler certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills: High energy, strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and basic computer proficiency.
