Job Summary of Associate Sales Manager:

In the capacity of Associate Sales Manager, you are tasked with leading and developing Crew Members through guidance, support, and showcasing the behaviors that create an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the store operates smoothly to support the growth and prosperity of the brand.

Responsibilities of Associate Sales Manager:

Engage in collaborative tasks and connect with the Team members.
Elevate the quality of life for both employees and customers in the store.
Encourage and facilitate the growth and development of others.
Set an example through your actions that reinforces our values.
Skillfully and joyfully operating the cash register for customer transactions.
Carefully packaging groceries at the store.
Putting away items on racks and managing incoming stock.
Developing a welcoming atmosphere that caters to both clients and the crew members in the store.

Qualifications of Associate Sales Manager:

3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
A high school degree or equivalent
A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
