Job Summary of Payment Associate:

As a member of the Payment Associate team, your responsibility will be to ensure that every guest is provided with prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance that aligns with our service standards.

Responsibilities of Payment Associate:

• Persistently ensure outstanding customer service, which involves:
• Communicating with our customers to grasp their desires and requirements, enabling us to support them in developing their meal resolution
• Keeping up-to-date on the merchandise and promotional deals in all sections of the store and collaborating with different departments to support customers
• Foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere by consistently organizing and replenishing our merchandise and unique items and ensuring that individuals in proximity receive prompt assistance
• Assist with retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting overall store upkeep
• Project a professional persona by upholding the specified standards of attire
