Role and Responsibilities of Retail Pharmacist:

• Offer direct assistance to patients in need of healthcare services and support for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Be in charge of pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Adhere to operational standards, safety measures, and performance criteria.
• Support in the control of diseases and improvement of medication optimization.
• Provide top-notch patient-focused treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
• Encourage involvement in company projects aimed at increasing profits and enhancing service quality.

Required Skills and Experience of Retail Pharmacist:

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, or an alternative FPGEC (NABP) credential is necessary.
• Holding an active pharmacy license in the designated state(s) of operation, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Capability to handle a range of timetables, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Excellent communication skills and the talent for developing impactful patient rapport.

• Experience in delivering immunization services entails the hands-on provision of vaccines to those in need.
