Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dairy Products Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the stocking, organization, and quality of dairy products, helping create a safe and inviting shopping environment for customers.

• Stock and organize dairy products on shelves and displays in an efficient manner.
• Check product freshness and remove expired or damaged items promptly.
• Assist customers in finding dairy products and answer their questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in refrigerators, freezers, and the dairy section.
• Follow company protocols for product handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with other department clerks and store team members to support store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and help with product restocking as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely lift and move dairy products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work in cold, refrigerated conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery or retail environments is a plus but not required.
