Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Supervisor:
Create a friendly ambiance by welcoming guests with warmth.
Support the functioning of the store by familiarizing yourself with and helping with scheduling, coaching, and training team members.
Keep an eye on product quantities and restock shelves to uphold ideal inventory levels and neatly arranged displays.
Uphold rules related to food safety, quality control, and merchandising norms in dining areas.
Uphold the store’s cleanliness by ensuring that the coffee stations, food zones, and restrooms are consistently kept clean and well-presented.
Effectively manage cash transactions at the register and assist with relevant financial processes.
Contribute to event and meeting arrangements, as well as assisting in ensuring the store is ready for weekends and holidays.
Move between locations as needed to assist nearby stores or to transport deposits.
Complete tasks as instructed by store leadership or supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience of Store Supervisor:
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of one year working in retail, food service, or customer service is a prerequisite.
It is preferred that applicants have previous leadership exposure in a related context.
Although ServSafe or food safety certification is a positive attribute, it is not obligatory.
Experienced in communicating with visitors and team members in a fast-moving setting.
Reflecting vigorous energy, flexibility, and an eagerness to support the team’s requirements.
Basic computer proficiency can be advantageous in many scenarios.
