Job Summary of Kitchen Crew Member:

This role involves accurately selecting, packing, and organizing warehouse products for shipment to retail stores. The role ensures order accuracy, maintains safety standards, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Match order specifications with items from the warehouse inventory for selection.
• Use aisle indicators, slot numbers, and quantity information to locate desired items efficiently.
• Bundle, arrange, and sort goods to avoid damage and ensure safe transportation.
• Follow safety guidelines by keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Offer support with conducting cycle counts and verifying inventory accuracy as required.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks after obtaining the necessary certification.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Candidates are encouraged to have completed high school or its equal credential.
• Experience in a warehouse or inventory environment is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Key math and reading capabilities necessary for understanding order forms and labels.
• Capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds and standing for long durations without any challenges.
• Exercising thoroughness and proficient organizational skills.
• It is advantageous to have a forklift certification, but it is not mandatory.
