Warehouse Maintenance

Position Summary:

As a vital member of the Maintenance team, you will support facility operations by performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on power equipment, building fixtures, and material-handling machinery. Under the direction of the Maintenance Area Manager, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment that may include extreme temperatures. This role is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on material-handling and building equipment.

• Follow established PM and repair procedures to maintain operational equipment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, including blueprints and mechanical/electrical schematics.

• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues with minimal visible indicators.

• Collaborate with operations and fellow maintenance technicians to support facility needs.

• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, asset history, and inventory usage.

• Operate forklifts, lift trucks, battery equipment, conveyor machinery, and other powered equipment.

• Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

General Maintenance Associate:

• 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance working with electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, building equipment).

Maintenance Technician:

• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (electrical, electronic, mechanical).

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Overall Minimum Requirement:

• 1 year repairing/maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment OR

• 2 years of related vocational training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated equipment

• Advanced troubleshooting skills

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $29.55 – $33.05

• Additional premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour (varies by role, schedule, season, or tasks)

• Multiple premiums may apply if eligibility criteria are met.
