Responsibilities of Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant:

• Your responsibilities will span across customer service and crafting a fun and memorable shopping experience for our clientele
• Showcase your excitement and comprehension of our merchandise to assist customers in identifying the perfect match.
• Offer support with the in-store checkout procedure for clients who have shopped online and selected the option to collect their items in person.
• Maintain standards for merchandising, pricing, signing, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Participate in the unloading of trucks and processing freight when necessary.
• Take steps to foster safety in the shopping environment.

Qualification of Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant:

• Exhibiting a proactive demeanor and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, open-minded, adaptive, candid, and respectful climate.
• Prior knowledge of retail work is a bonus, though not obligatory.
• Demonstrates outstanding skills in communication and time allocation.
• Capacity to engage in initial interaction.
• The age of 16 is the lowest limit for eligibility.
• Competent in lifting loads of up to 40 lbs.
