Role and Responsibilities of Bread Baker:

• Make bread, cookies, pastries, and specialty sweets with an emphasis on meeting or surpassing quality expectations
• Garnish desserts and confections with inventiveness and precision
• Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers in a manner that is both safe and productive
• Preserve the standards of freshness, quality, and safety for products
• Keep bakery showcases and shelves clean, arranged, and fully supplied with goods
• Engage with customers to offer excellent support and assistance
