Role and Responsibilities:
As a Department Manager, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations and department sales while leading and engaging your team. You value teamwork, camaraderie, and support your team's growth as you deliver outstanding customer service daily to earn customers for life. You will be part of our ever-growing business, learning and adapting along the way.
- Lead, motivate, and develop department team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage daily department operations and drive sales performance.
- Recognize individual contributions and support team growth and development.
- Deliver seamless shopping experiences and exceptional customer service.
- Use time and resources efficiently to maximize department productivity.
- Adapt to business changes while learning new skills and seeking growth opportunities.

- Bakery: Apply 1 years of Baker experience to guide department operations.
- Meat: Utilize knowledge of meat cuts and processing tools (grinders, saws) with prior meat department experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proven experience leading others effectively.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications as needed.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
- History of ensuring customers have seamless shopping experiences.
- Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
- Demonstrates integrity, pride, and passion daily.
- Bakery: One year or more experience as a Baker.
- Meat: Knowledge of meat cuts processing and experience with meat department tools.
