• The role of Grocery Store Staff at Sprouts Farmers Market involves working in different store areas, such as Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. Their responsibilities include tasks like shelf restocking, replenishing frozen food supplies, and assisting in maintaining the store cleanliness and overall presentation.
• In the position of a Grocery Store Staff, duties can involve tasks such as receiving deliveries of merchandise, verifying their accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor with the use of different tools and machinery.
• One of the tasks of Grocery Store Staff is rotating products consistently to maintain the freshness of items provided to customers.

Qualifications of Grocery Store Staff:

• Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted
• Showcase your reliability by showing a readiness to work a flexible schedule, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Project an upbeat attitude and proficiency in customer relations
• Exhibit impressive communication skills and the capability to actively contribute within a team framework, being responsive to direction and collaboration
• Have the capability to carry out repetitive tasks, multitask proficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization
• The responsibility necessitates the manual transfer of boxes weighing a maximum of 60 lbs., in vertical or horizontal directions between 5 and 34, covering distances of up to 5 feet, for a duration of 25 hours, without the aid of mechanical devices.
• Conform to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures provisions
• Complete other tasks given.
