Job Summary of Grocery Store Assistant Manager:

Qualification of Grocery Store Assistant Manager:
- College education or prior work experience in Retail Management is desired.
- Sound grasp of store functions and complete store merchandising methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, in addition to excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Competence in steering and organizing a group of people.
- Illustrated competence and enthusiasm in mastering a variety of assignments and the technical specifications essential for the position. Skilled in applying technical data to resolve issues successfully.
