Responsibilities of Store Security Associate:

• Inspects the outside of the building and parking area to mitigate any possible risks.
• Carries out walking evaluations of the backroom and sales floor.
• Assesses reports highlighting unusual transactions from cashiers.
• Conducts surveillance for detecting internal theft.
• Examines reports of theft incidents and conducts necessary follow-up procedures.
• Conducts shoplifting surveillance.
• Informs Store Leadership about safety risks for prompt action.
• Examines camera equipment to guarantee operational efficiency.
• The alarm system printer undergoes scrutiny to detect any signs of suspicious activity.
• Involves oneself in the arrest of those who have breached the law and supports in pursuing legal action against instances of theft from external sources.
• Involves in comprehensive documentation and report generation (confirms the adequacy of essential documentation and accurately narrates incident facts crucial for legal proceedings).
• Gives evidence in criminal and civil court trials.
• Complies with safety procedures, principles, protocols, and rules at all times.
• Commitment to maintaining absolute safety accountability at 200%.
• Executes supplementary tasks as necessary.

Qualifications of Store Security Associate:

• Possessing a high school diploma or its comparable credential.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of security experience or 12 months of overall work experience.
