Job Summary of Order Selector:

Responsibilities for this role include accurately fulfilling customer orders for the curbside pickup service while prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position focuses on delivering a seamless and enjoyable process for individuals who decide to shop online and pick up their orders at the store.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Order Selector:

• Compile customer requests as stated in the provided lists and guidelines.
• Verify the correctness, quality, and appropriate care of perishable and non-perishable products.
• Ensure the safe delivery of finalized orders to the specified pickup location and help customers with loading their purchases.
• Maintain transparent and open lines of communication with team members and clients to guarantee seamless order completion.
• Ensure that your work area is neat and follow all food safety and company policies.
• Provide supplementary support for store activities during idle times.

Qualifications and Experience of Order Selector:

• Although it would be beneficial, prior involvement in retail or order fulfillment is not a prerequisite.
• Thoroughness in scrutiny and a pledge to meeting customer needs.
• Skill in securely lifting and moving grocery items.
• Proficiency in articulating thoughts clearly and a focus on working well within a group dynamic.
• Being prepared to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Completion of high school or a similar qualification is desired.
