Frozen Clerk

Job Summary:

Fiesta Mart is looking for a dependable and service-oriented Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk to join our Store 006 team on Avenue H in Rosenberg, Texas. In this role, you will help maintain the Dairy, Deli, and Frozen Food departments by assisting customers, restocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain inventory in dairy, deli, and frozen sections to ensure product freshness.
• Keep display cases, shelving, and work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor product dates and remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise deliveries.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and store procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department or store management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to read and write in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand product labels, instructions, and pricing.
• Able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group settings.
• Physical ability to lift 25 60 pounds regularly and perform tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Prior retail or grocery store experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook/email) and a Retail Management Certificate are a plus.
• Must be able to follow detailed written or oral instructions with common sense and accuracy.
