Role and Responsibilities:
- Offer high-quality service and food to customers with a smile and efficiency.
- Place, stock, and keep items in the appropriate storage locations as per company regulations.
- Comply with designated recipes, safety standards, and protocols while packaging, arranging, and showcasing food products.
- Check temperatures as needed and track product quality to guarantee freshness and safety measures are met.
- Safeguard the cleanliness of retail spaces, storage backdrops, and cold storage areas to prevent accidents and maintain order.
- Ensure cookware and utensils are washed and sanitized in accordance with health and company policies.
- Properly manage signage, product rotation, freshness, and the allocation of space for merchandise.
- Skillfully handle production equipment while using cleaning solutions and sharp tools in the correct way.
- Use the cash register in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in team tasks by operating jointly in a fast-paced, high-throughput workspace.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Preparedness to fulfill job responsibilities on weekends and public holidays.
- Effective communication skills, whether written or verbal, are vital for interactions with customers and associates.
