This section outlines the core tasks, duties, and key responsibilities required for the role:

• Ensures top-notch member satisfaction through friendly interactions, prompt resolutions of concerns, and timely escalation of matters to higher management when required.
• Shows a strong comprehension of merchandise protection procedures and methods to prevent shrinkage.
• Ensures the AP Alert Binder meets the standards set by AP through regular review and upkeep.
• Adhere to the recommended procedures, such as checking the lower section of the cart, handling electronic items with care, using self-checkout services, and acknowledging the customer's membership with appreciation. Compare the merchandise with the receipts at the register and validate high-value products. Note any divergences in the receipts and alert the frontline team promptly to resolve any discrepancies.
• The company follows its procedures when conducting audits on Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery.
• Supervise the adherence to repack awareness instructions through the inspection of recognized repack merchandise.
• Monitor the movement of club visitors and members as they enter or leave the premises, maintaining a watchful eye on their activities
• Acts in accordance with approved procedures for handling Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alerts.
• Ensures that safety measures are consistently upheld for all team members and members.
• Conducts inspections on the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of individuals before they leave the building.
• Manages the redemption of empty water jug return vouchers from customers.
• Adheres to and upholds the club's policies and protocols.
• Undertakes supplementary responsibilities as delegated, which may involve collaborating in different divisions as required.
• This job necessitates being present regularly and dependably.

Qualifications:

• The role necessitates strong relational aptitude and a keen eye for specifics.
• Proficiency in fundamental mathematics is desired.
• Competence in operating a high-tech handheld device.
• The completion of the necessary training and certification procedures is a must.
• The candidate must have been working with the organization for a period of no less than six months.
• Individuals must have reached the age of 18.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• The majority of the day is consumed by standing and walking on solid surfaces.
• Occasionally, bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools may be needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion may be needed.
• Experiencing fluctuations in temperatures inside and outside.
