Job Summary of Produce Clerk:

In this role, you will ensure fresh, high - quality produce is available for customers while maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Produce Clerk:

• Sort and stock produce in display cases and the back room.
• Inspect fruits and vegetables for damage or spoilage and rotate products as needed.
• Build and maintain visually appealing produce displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist customers with questions or product selections.

Qualifications and Experience of Produce Clerk:

• Previous experience in produce operations or retail grocery preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality.
• Customer - focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
