Role and Responsibilities of Staff Pharmacist:

• Deliver care directly to patients and assist them with their wellness goals.
• Manage pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Ensure alignment with operational norms, safety regulations, and performance benchmarks.
• Help with the administration of disease states and maximizing the effectiveness of drug therapy.
• Administer excellent healthcare to individuals while addressing immediate and ongoing medical needs.
• Support initiatives within the organization that focus on boosting profitability and delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills and Experience of Staff Pharmacist:

• A Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree or Pharm.D, or a similar FPGEC (NABP) certification is essential.
• Having a current and valid pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, meeting the necessary standards for licensing upkeep.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Proficiency in managing different work schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications of Staff Pharmacist:

• Strong communication aptitude and the knack for establishing meaningful patient bonds.
• Ensuring a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and fostering the welfare of associates.
• The role of delivering immunization services encompasses the firsthand delivery of vaccination shots to recipients.
