Job Summary of Deli Support Associate:

As a Deli Support Associate, you will help clients have a great shopping experience by assisting them, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. Responsibilities of Deli Support Associate:

• Always aim to provide guests with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations:
• Connecting with our patrons to comprehend their desires and demands, allowing us to assist them in planning their meal solutions
• Being well-informed about the store's merchandise and weekly ad items and coordinating efforts with various departments to help customers effectively
• Create a welcoming shopping environment by placing and restocking our range of products and specialty items throughout the day, while also being attentive to nearby customers
• Help maintain the store's appearance by collecting carts from the parking lot and assisting with cleaning tasks
• Upholding The Fresh Market guidelines for the correct acceptance and placement of goods
• Slice and prep a mix of meats, cheeses, and quick meal solutions within the department consistently, aiming to uphold the quality levels of the products
• Exhibit professionalism by adhering to the stipulated uniform policies

Qualifications of Deli Support Associate:

• A deep-seated commitment to exceeding expectations in service delivery
• The age eligibility to buy items from our Deli is set at a minimum of 18 years
