Store Delivery Driver

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Store Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering grocery orders to designated locations while providing top-tier customer service. You will also support Loss Prevention efforts within the store when necessary.

• Make scheduled deliveries to homes, businesses, and other designated locations.
• Accurately and efficiently shop, bag, and store grocery orders for delivery.
• Provide guests with information about Fry's catering services and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Provide surveillance and assist in apprehending and detaining shoplifters when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts including investigations, audits, store tours, inventories, surveillance, and video retrieval.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow scheduled routes.
• Strong attention to detail in shopping, bagging, and organizing customer orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to and support store-level loss prevention efforts.
• Strong observational and decision-making skills under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
• Basic knowledge of loss prevention practices and surveillance techniques.
