Logistics Fulfillment Associate

Kroger is currently looking for a Stocker to become a part of our team and assist in the upkeep of fully-stocked, secure, and organized shelves for our customers. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Fulfillment Associate, you will play an essential role in store operations by ensuring product availability and presentation. Your responsibilities include:

• Sign in to view stocking duties and carry out the designated stocking arrangements.
• Safely unpack the product and place the goods in the right place.
• Perform precise stock counts and facilitate the management of stock rotation.
• Ensure that the aisles, shelves, and displays are neat, arranged systematically, and visually engaging.
• Inform management regarding low quantities of items, damaged goods, or discrepancies in stock records.
• Follow the safety guidelines set by the company to promote a secure work environment.
• Provide help and support to customers as demanded by the support team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Competency in complying with instructions and efficiently fulfilling stocking responsibilities.
• Diligent focus on specifics supported by effective organizational aptitude.
• Proficient in the physical task of lifting, conveying, and repositioning items and containers when necessary.
• Firm resolve to prioritize safety measures and abide by company policies and regulations.
• Skill in performing well independently and cooperatively as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having finished high school or a comparable credential is necessary.
• Past experience handling stock, inventory, or retail operations.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and the principle of stock rotation, notably FIFO, is crucial for effective inventory management.
• Communication in two or more languages is advantageous for navigating multicultural settings.
