Job Summary of Retail Assistant Manager:

As the Retail Assistant Manager, you are responsible for guiding and nurturing Crew Members through mentorship, assistance, and exemplifying the actions that lead to an exceptional customer service experience. Your role involves cultivating a teamwork-oriented setting, enhancing group effectiveness, and maintaining the seamless operation of the store to aid in the expansion and triumph of the brand.

Qualifications of Retail Assistant Manager:

Over three years of recent experience working in retail, restaurant, or hospitality settings
More than two years of recent experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
A diploma from high school or its equivalent
A chronicle of empowering and fostering the growth of individuals and teams with a commitment to honesty and ethics
