Job Summary of Cake Decorator:

You'll be responsible for decorating cakes and other bakery products with specific designs or custom creations. You'll utilize various creams, frostings, and fillings to ensure a consistent, high-quality outcome while adhering to company-approved recipes. This role requires attention to detail and creativity to meet customer needs and produce visually appealing products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cake Decorator:

Decorate cakes and other bakery products using dye, specific designs, or custom creations.
Utilize a variety of creams, frostings, and fillings to ensure consistent product quality.
Make icing for cakes and other related bakery products.
Adhere to company-approved recipes for all bakery products.
Trim and cut cakes to required shapes and sizes.
Spread icing between layers and on cake surfaces to create finished products.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.

Qualifications and Experience of Cake Decorator:

Previous experience in cake decorating or a related culinary field is preferred.
Ability to work with various decorating techniques and tools.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining product quality.
