This role involves overseeing all daily operations, from production and inventory to employee supervision and merchandising.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or a demonstrated history of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of one year of experience working as a Baker.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the implementation of all bakery programs and merchandising strategies established by the company.
• Manage department personnel, including hiring, scheduling work shifts, providing training, and assigning daily tasks.
• Ensure the bakery operates smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and high standards of product quality.
• Oversee inventory management, including placing orders, controlling stock levels, and ensuring proper product rotation.
• Ensure the department consistently offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality baked goods to customers.
• Monitor compliance with all display and promotional standards for advertised items.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required administrative paperwork.
• Execute other assigned tasks as directed by store management.
