Job Summary of Bakery Associate:

In the position of Bakery Associate, you are integral to the successful functioning of our bakery section. Your duties involve aiding customers, readying and wrapping bakery items, and upholding cleanliness and tidiness in the work area, all of which are crucial in upholding our standards of offering top-notch baked goods. Responsibilities of Bakery Associate:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Clean equipment and sanitize daily
• Prepare bakery products Pack and label items for sale
• Decorate bakery items for sale and as requested by the customer
• Operate oven Stock bakery items on shelves Record and report accurate inventory counts
• Assist all customers in their shopping Other duties as assigned

Qualification of Bakery Associate:

• Individuals must reach the age of 18 or above to meet the requirement
• Required to be available for work on Saturdays
• Proficiency in operating within a high-speed work setting
• Proficiency in collaborating with colleagues Strong interpersonal abilities Effective verbal communication talents
• Having a strong focus on details is essential.
• A fundamental understanding of mathematics is necessary.
• Prior familiarity is beneficial, though not obligatory

Physical Demands of Bakery Associate:

• Standing for more than eight hours daily, engaging in activities such as lifting, grasping, and bending, as well as pushing, pulling, and twisting

Typical Equipment of Bakery Associate:

• Utilize an oven, proofer, bread slicer, knives, cooking tools, and scales in the kitchen
