Role and Responsibilities
As a Front Line Customer Service Clerk, you serve as the welcoming face of the store and play an essential role in ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, keep front-end areas organized, and collaborate with your team to maintain efficient store operations.
- Provide friendly, attentive service by greeting customers and assisting during checkout.
- Bag groceries carefully to protect products and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Respond to customer questions and guide them to the correct departments or associates.
- Collect and organize shopping carts and baskets from entrances and parking areas.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized front-end areas for a welcoming store environment.
- Assist with light restocking, price checks, and returning items to their proper locations.
- Work closely with team members across departments to support daily store operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to help maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly store.
Required Skills and Experience

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle groceries safely and efficiently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, push carts, and lift light to moderate items.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service roles is a plus.
