The primary duty of Frozen Warehouse Selector is to accurately and safely select undamaged products. They play a crucial role in completing orders for stores, ensuring timely deliveries, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with using electric pallet jacks is advantageous
• There is no need for candidates to possess a high school diploma to apply for this educational program
• Mandate for lifting objects: Cap set at 100 pounds
• You must be at least 18 years old to meet the age criteria

Job Responsibilities:

• Possessing the skill to calculate is a requirement.
• Employ a voice-activated system in the warehouse to ensure precise matching of product descriptions with corresponding slot numbers for accurate selection.
• Move boxes up to 100 lbs in weight from specific locations to pallets by lifting them at various levels, including ground level, shoulder height, and overhead.
• Meet and sustain predetermined productivity benchmarks.
• Arrange diverse sizes and weights of cases on pallets in a stable and balanced manner to prevent damage during shipping.
• Use shrink-wrap to secure and organize assembled pallets of specific items in appropriate shipping zones to prepare for transport.
• Regularly update supervisors on safety issues, equipment conditions, damaged goods, and any emerging problems.
• Demonstrate willingness to be adaptable in your availability for work hours, shifts, and overtime to accommodate the company's production requirements.
• Abide by the rules, protocols, and safety measures established by the company, which includes operating equipment in a safe manner and participating in the preservation of a clean and secure working area.
• Follow the correct protocols to maintain food safety standards.
• Fulfill various responsibilities within the warehouse as necessary and instructed.
