• Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics adeptly to support business operations.
• Verify received payments, confirm prices and quantities, and issue receipts to customers as documentation.
• Conduct exchanges and refunds in a professional manner, emphasizing courteous interaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and furnish helpful product knowledge.
• Extend a warm welcome to individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the payment station.
• Deal with and wrap customer acquisitions appropriately to guarantee correctness and attentiveness.

Necessary Expertise and Experience:
