Role and Responsibilities:

Being a Pharmacy Consultant means overseeing pharmacy processes, managing pharmacy staff, and improving customer experiences by delivering high-quality services. Your key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, complying with legal requirements, and fostering a safe environment that builds customer loyalty.

• Improve customer loyalty by putting the Customer 1st policy into practice.
• Inspire and lead associates to go above and beyond in serving customers.
• Establish a pharmacy environment that is both safe and organized.
• Attain sales and profit goals set for the department.
• Administer costs and enforce quality assurance criteria.
• Manage technician schedules according to the business's needs.
• Monitor and assess the functions, duties, and tasks of all departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire pharmacy employees.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Aptitude for handling sales outcomes and operational milestones.
• Experienced in implementing and upholding quality and safety standards in a healthcare environment.
• Being well-versed in pharmacy compliance requirements and protocols is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past employment in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Knowledge of Kroger's emphasis on customer prioritization strategy and operational structures.
