Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and cheerful service to customers while delivering top-quality food.
• Implement company standards when unloading, stocking, and storing merchandise.
• Implement provided recipes, safety guidelines, and policies to put together, package, and exhibit food items.
• Complete necessary temperature checks and monitor product conditions to assure freshness and safety are maintained.
• Keep sales sections, storage rooms, and chilling units clean to uphold safety measures and declutter the surroundings.
• Comply with health and company requirements for cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and utensils.
• Regularly update signage, rotate products, ensure freshness, and allocate space for merchandise correctly.
• Perform the secure operation of manufacturing machinery and use cleaning solutions and sharp tools with care.
• Perform cash register transactions as outlined by the company.
• Contribute to team operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment through cooperative efforts.

Essential Abilities and Expertise:

• Ability to work over the weekends and on special occasions.
• The ability to convey messages accurately and convincingly to both customers and colleagues is important.
• Capability to comprehend and process information from product labels, shelf tags, training resources, and bulletins.
• Effective at multitasking, setting priorities, and engaging in productive teamwork with others.
• Proficient in safely managing cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and production equipment.
• Taking the lead in ensuring tasks are successfully accomplished.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or a similar certification is mandatory.
• Background in handling food or working in a retail grocery setting.
• Awareness of food safety measures, sanitation practices, and labor requirements.
• Established track record of being trustworthy and committed in previous roles.
