Job Summary of Walmart Lift Driver:
You will manage the efficient flow of freight within the facility, ensuring merchandise is handled, replenished, and maintained to support a smooth and productive operation. This role requires manual and power equipment handling, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment to help provide a seamless shopping experience for members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Lift Driver:
- Manage freight flow by moving, scaing, and handling merchandise manually or using power equipment.
- Maintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets onto and from racks or docks, following warehouse systems or verbal instructions.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and inspection.
- Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases, inspecting pallets and shrink wrap for damage, and maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Organize warehouse space by using power equipment to remove pallets from returns, trailer storage, and perform stacking or destacking of empty pallets and freight.
- Demonstrate respect and teamwork by fostering a culture of belonging, motivating and mentoring associates, and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards by acting with integrity, accountability, and transparency in all work activities.
- Serve customers and members by delivering reliable results while prioritizing their experience and balancing both short- and long-term operational goals.

Salary:
