As a Bakery Worker you are responsible for reviewing daily orders, preparing & replenishing products in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner. Responsibilities of Bakery Worker:
- Delivering prompt, effective, and welcoming customer care through showing empathy, consideration, and tolerance in every customer engagement, with an emphasis on valuing customers as the primary individuals in the store.
- Displays a welcoming attitude by greeting customers with smiles, whether within the assigned department or in other sections of the store.
- Strives to create a personalized customer experience by making a point to remember and address customers by name.
- Aids customers in navigating to their desired products, fetching items that are out of reach, assisting with heavy lifting, noting customer suggestions, and executing various tasks to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Determines the freshness of the food by examining its visual attributes and overall condition.
- Examines the orders scheduled for the day.
- Interacting with clients to note down their bakery preferences.

Qualifications of Bakery Worker:
- Individuals without a high school or equivalent education
- Six months or less of related work experience.
- The proficiency to carry out intricate yet impartial written or verbal orders and address a few specific variables is necessary.
- Capability to perform elementary math operations like adding and subtracting; duplicating images, enumerating, and noting down.
- Demonstrate the capacity to comprehend and adhere to oral or visual directives; record pertinent details; solicit necessary materials through spoken or written means.
Physical Requirements of Bakery Worker:
- Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with or without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
