Role and Responsibilities:
As a Certified Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy technicians. You will lead your team to meet sales goals, maintain compliance standards, and create a safe environment that encourages customer loyalty.
- Optimize customer relationships by centering your approach around the Customer 1st initiative.
- Motivate and provide guidance for team members to excel in customer service delivery.
- Promote a clean, secure, and structured pharmacy environment.
- Achieve departmental targets for sales and profitability.
- Oversee expenses and maintain quality control standards.
- Adjust technician staffing levels in response to business demands.
- Check and review the functions, obligations, and tasks within each department.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Established proficiency in guiding and motivating pharmacy staff.
- Profound abilities in providing outstanding customer service and adept interpersonal communication.
- Proficient at managing sales performance and operational objectives.
- Proficient in enforcing quality and safety protocols within a healthcare setting based on practical experience.
- Understanding the policies and procedures governing pharmacy compliance is critical.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with retail pharmacy practices.
- Familiarity with Kroger's Customer 1st program and operational infrastructures.
