Job Summary:

The Retail Executive's key duties involve delivering excellent customer service, coordinating displays efficiently, and keeping the sales floor spotless, secure, and engaging for customers to ensure a delightful shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

• Provides exceptional customer support by warmly welcoming, aiding, and expressing gratitude towards all members promptly, with a friendly and polished approach. Addresses member issues promptly and politely, escalating to higher authorities if needed.
• Shows a strong comprehension of merchandise protection procedures and methods to prevent shrinkage.
• Maintains the AP Alert Binder in accordance with AP requirements and specifications.
• Embrace the optimal procedures, including conducting checks on the contents at the bottom of the cart, handling electronics securely, using self-checkout facilities, and expressing gratitude to the member for their patronage. Validate that the items tally with the receipts at the register and verify high-value goods. Take note of any discrepancies in the receipts and alert the frontline team promptly for resolution.
• The implementation of audits on Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery aligns with the company's established processes.
• Regulate the observance of repack guidelines by scrutinizing known repack articles.
• Ensure the control and surveillance of club visitors and members as they move in and out of the facility, managing the traffic efficiently
• Implements approved Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarm response protocols when necessary.
• Enforces a culture of safety for the protection of team members and members.
• Examines the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of team members, colleagues, and vendors as part of exit inspections.
• Supervises the redemption of vouchers for returned empty water jugs from members.
• Observes and follows all club policies and procedures diligently.
• Handles other duties as designated, which may involve fulfilling roles in different departments when necessary.
• Regular, expected, full attendance is a core component of this job.

Qualifications:

• The role necessitates strong relational aptitude and a keen eye for specifics.
• Having foundational math abilities is advantageous.
• Competence in operating a high-tech handheld device.
• It is imperative to fulfill the mandatory training and certification requirements successfully.
• Individuals applying for the position must demonstrate a history of at least six months of employment with the company.
• Must be of legal age, which is 18 years.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• A significant portion of daily activities involves being on one's feet and navigating through firm flooring.
• There may be a need to perform activities such as bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools in this role.
• Requirement to lift items of up to 30 pounds periodically.
• Feeling the effects of different temperature levels indoors and outdoors.
