Job Summary of Food Service Supervisor:

The candidate assists in guiding the team, upholds presentation guidelines for food, and assists the Store Manager in fostering a favorable environment for both guests and staff, in accordance with company principles.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Supervisor:

• Offer a friendly welcome to guests to establish a hospitable atmosphere.
• Oversee the handling of food supplies, expenses, excess products, cooking, and display.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food service area and ensure adherence to sanitation regulations.
• Achieve targets for food sales, including pizza, breakfast options, and drinks.
• Instruct team members on the proper procedures for food prep and safety guidelines.
• Engage in cooperation with external vendors for the supervision and education on food safety standards.
• Keep inventory levels steady and ensure proper rotation of food items.
• Provide prompt customer service while effectively handling guest transactions.
• Assist the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by helping out with any extra tasks that may be requested.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Supervisor:

• A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is a prerequisite.
• At least half a year of experience in the retail or food industry is required.
• Preferably with a background of one year in retail, service, or restaurant industry.
• Having a ServSafe certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Skilled in engaging with visitors and fellow colleagues in a pleasant manner.
• Demonstrating high levels of energy, rapid adaptability, and a solid sense of teamwork.
