Job Summary of Team Member:

The main responsibility of this role is to deliver a pleasant and efficient customer experience in a dynamic retail setting. Duties include handling transactions, restocking inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting various store functions. The employee will receive training in multiple areas to assist the store team and maintain the store’s operational readiness.

Responsibilities and obligations of the job:

• Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and excel in offering exceptional service.
• Demonstrate swift and accurate register operation with a friendly and welcoming approach.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves, coolers, and freezers with products for customer access.
• Make sure to handle coffee and related items in a manner that complies with food safety protocols.
• Sustain a level of cleanliness throughout the store, encompassing sales floors, food sections, and restroom areas.
• Successfully navigate a fast-changing atmosphere and assist fellow team members whenever needed.
• Assist as required by store leadership and enhance a team-focused setting.
• Operations support may entail occasional work at nearby establishments as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Member:

• Educational background not compulsory; high school diploma or GED is advantageous.
• It is preferable to have 3-6 months of experience in retail, food service, or guest service.
• While it is a bonus, a ServSafe or food safety certification is not compulsory.
• Experienced in engaging with clients and coworkers in a customer-facing role.
• Showing vigor, flexibility, and a team-focused mentality, in addition to possessing entry-level computer skills, can be advantageous.
