Job Summary of Associate Service Crew Manager:

In order to ensure great service delivery and excellent results, the Associate Service Crew Manager position requires you to assist the visitor Service Manager in overseeing visitor interactions and service quality at the store's entry. Responsibilities of Associate Service Crew Manager:

• Responsible for front-end and cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, key, and the safe
• Manage front end guest flow to achieve operational success and an excellent shopping experience every time
• Direct the guest service team, as scheduled, to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and the guest restrooms
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job as well as through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

Qualifications of Associate Service Crew Manager:

• Proven track record of over three years in a guest-centric service position
• Leadership role for a duration of over a year
• Ability to effectively operate Microsoft Office applications
• In order to participate, one must be at least 18 years old
