Retail Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary of Retail Merchandising Specialist:

This role focuses on supporting leading consumer electronics brands by auditing, maintaining, and installing retail displays while providing excellent in - store service. It is a part - time, ongoing opportunity requiring 20+ hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Paid training, consistent field support, and weekly pay are provided to ensure success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Merchandising Specialist:

  • Travel to assigned retail stores within the territory to complete merchandising projects.
  • Audit, install, and maintain consumer electronics displays and products.
  • Partner with team members on multi - person projects as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive in - store relationships with staff and management.
  • Complete assignments accurately and submit timely reporting via mobile device.
  • Receive and deliver materials to retail locations as directed.
  • Follow company standards and support additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Merchandising Specialist:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with a personal Android or iOS device for reporting and GPS navigation.
  • Ownership of a basic toolkit (toolkit reimbursement provided after probationary period).
  • Strong communication and relationship - building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel within a 60 - mile radius; drive time and mileage reimbursed.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
