Role and Responsibilities:
As a member of our sales and store support team (clerks), you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked to meet customers’ needs. You will be the face of the company, directly interacting with shoppers while supporting important store functions.
- Replenish shelves and stock products to keep aisles shoppable and organized.
- Prepare and maintain fresh produce, flowers, and other perishable items.
- Receive, stock, and organize freight deliveries.
- Provide friendly customer interactions and assist with product inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers and colleagues.
- Support overall team efforts to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
Required Skills and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this role is Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of applicable collective bargaining agreements.
