Responsibilities of Store Operations Assistant:

• Making shopping a memorable and enjoyable experience by prioritizing exceptional customer service
• Facilitate the movement of shipments and deboard trucks
• Maintain the standards related to how merchandise is showcased, priced, signed, and refreshed on the sales floor.
• Maintain organization in the stockroom.
• Help in creating a safe shopping space.
• Complete in-store transactions and collect online orders for in-store pickup as required
• Showcase your love and understanding for our products to aid customers in selecting the perfect choice.

Qualification of Store Operations Assistant:

• You'll Bring A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
