Job Summary of Dairy Operations Associate:

To keep the dairy department's inventory rotation, pricing, and stocking consistent. A Dairy Operations Associate is in charge of keeping the dairy department clean, stocked, and organized by making sure the shelves, coolers, and displays are all in good condition. Checking expiration dates, rotating products to maintain freshness, and getting rid of damaged or out-of-date things are all part of this job.

Responsibilities of Dairy Operations Associate:

• Support with the unloading tasks.
• Move inventory to stock areas to optimize storage efficiency.
• Accurately tag products that have been unpacked.
• Uphold tag allocation standards to consistently restock store shelves as needed.
• Support in creating visually stimulating store presentations.
• Keep perishable items in rotation and promptly remove any expired items as necessary.
• Monitor the extent of faulty inventory.
• Make sure to set up the allocated area correctly before the scheduled work shift ends.
• Adhere to the established protocols and guidelines relevant to each department.
• Offer a friendly reception to customers upon their entry and remain observant of their presence.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance as outlined in the company's dress code policy.
• Abide by all rules and regulations as set out in the official handbook for employees.
• Initiative for price stability and protection.
• Managing housekeeping duties in sales and backroom areas.

Qualifications of Dairy Operations Associate:

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, maintain proper inventory level and ensure rotation of product.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
