Responsibilities of Grocery Produce Clerk:
- Maintains a clean and safe environment in the produce department, floral section, storage area, and workspace to prevent accidents, including tasks such as shelf and product cleaning, spill removal, and debris clearance from floors.
- Employees in charge of the stocks maintain the floral department, which involves arranging and rotating items, ensuring they are facing forward, properly filling the displays, and organizing products according to the Produce Department's layout guidelines while also verifying price tags for accuracy.
- Handles customer queries in a proactive manner and aids customers in making purchases, obtaining details, and choosing products; involves promoting and upselling items.
