Role and Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face customers see first and play a key role in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience. You will assist customers, keep the front-end area organized, and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance during checkout.
• Bag groceries carefully to protect items and provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
• Collect and organize shopping carts and baskets from entrances and parking areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming front-end areas.
• Assist with light restocking, price checks, and returning items to their proper locations.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support daily operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to help ensure a safe and efficient store environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle groceries safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, push carts, and lift light to moderate items.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of store operations, product handling, and safety procedures.
