Meat Cutter

Superior Grocers is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter who can properly merchandise all beef and pork primals to company standards. The Meat Cutter will ensure that meat cases are consistently stocked with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the financial success of the store.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Properly merchandise beef and pork primals according to company standards.
• Stock meat cases with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring all products meet company freshness and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and answering product questions.
• Support overall store success through attention to detail and consistent execution of duties.
