Roles and Duties

• Accurately and safely pick customer orders and package them onto pallets. Construct and wrap pallets to meet the weekly productivity and accuracy standards
• Check the equipment before starting your shift and operate an electric pallet jack safely
• Precisely transition goods from racks to pallets following instructions from order selection software and devices
• Validate the selection of the right product and confirm its pristine condition
• Quickly and accurately transfer products to specified dock areas and securely wrap palletized orders with shrink wrap
• Cooperate in clearing aisles cluttered with debris, relocating empty pallets to aisles, and returning pallet jacks to the charging zone

Physical Requirements

• Capability to operate efficiently in temperatures that fluctuate from very cold to very hot is a must
• Ability to repeatedly transport, lift, push, and pull products of various weights, including moving over 1,000 cases of merchandise within a single shift

Qualifications:

• Competency in English is crucial for attending training courses, engaging in communication, receiving safety and job-specific training, interpreting labels, and entering data on reports if requested
• Experienced in performing night shifts lasting 8 hours or more, usually scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, with occasional requirements for weekends and holidays
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience in picking large-scale orders in warehouse or distribution center settings is a plus
• Having previous experience with a motorized pallet jack or equivalent gear is a benefit
