• Organizing, overseeing, and shuffling merchandise and promotional setups
• Putting together distinctive requests and designing catering arrangements
• Carrying out tasks involving the operation of deli equipment like meat and cheese slicers, ovens, microwaves, cutting utensils, scales, and other tools following the established company standards and procedures
• Tasks involved in ensuring the deli area and equipment remain clean, safe, and hygienic include organizing shelves and products, keeping floors free of spills, removing hazardous debris from the floor, and regularly sweeping
• Monitoring, examining, and cataloging products for shipment precision, temperature control, and product excellence

• Oversee the general maintenance of the department by cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, including tables, floors, walls, and cooling units.
• Control the slicer, wrapping, and cooking tools; support in the upkeep of all equipment to secure their safe operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and Weights and Measures standards, and attain and adhere to a Food Handlers permit
• Be equipped to handle tasks in both chilled and frozen environments, demonstrating versatility in temperature tolerance.
