Role and Responsibilities:

The Shelf Stocker ensures departments are clean, organized, and fully stocked while delivering friendly and efficient service. Key responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet and assist customers to create a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
• Offer product suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain grocery, general merchandise, dairy, and frozen products to ensure freshness and accurate date control.
• Replenish shelves efficiently, minimize waste, and manage supply costs effectively.
• Safely operate department tools and equipment.
• Assist with receiving vendor shipments and unloading trucks promptly.
• Monitor for theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or property damage and report concerns immediately to management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to store operations and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Meet minimum age requirements according to company policy and legal standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain authorization.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Preferred: Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and accountability.
