Cafe Attendant

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cafe Attendant, you will deliver high-quality service and help maintain smooth coffee shop operations. Responsibilities include:

• Enhance customer interactions by delivering friendly and timely service
• Support the coffee shop lead and department manager in attaining sales and profit targets
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized workplace in accordance with company policies
• Follow quality assurance benchmarks in beverage preparation, food offerings, and customer service
• Serve a variety of coffee options, specialty drinks, and food items
• Collaborate with the deli team and coworkers to improve the overall customer experience
• Organize and replenish stock to ensure product availability and maintain presentation standards
• Engage with customers, address inquiries, and provide guidance on products and menu items

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to consistently follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality assurance protocols
• Attention to detail while maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced setting
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service, retail, or coffee shop operations
